Cashew nuts

Cashew is much easier than walnuts habitual to us, almonds and a peanut though at first sight can seem the very oily. Thus they comprise many useful substances: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, starch, food fibers, natural sugars, vitamins of group B, PP and E vitamin, also they contain such minerals as calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, selenium and nonsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids.

Useful properties.

Cashew as medicine.

1. Calming mix for skin.
Mix 1 tablespoon of oil of nuts of cashew and on 3 drops of oil of a geranium, lavenders and roses, grease the inflamed sites of skin (especially well helps at burns including solar).

2. Arthroses, joint pains.
We wash out, we dry up and we crush buckwheat on a coffee grinder. We crush cashew. We prepare mix: 1 share of nutlets - 3 shares of a buckwheat. We fill up 2 glasses of mix in 2 liters of water (or broth of dried fruits) and we cook hour on small fire. The prepared kissel is accepted daily.

3. Toothache
It is used as an additional tool. Anything special it isn't necessary to do - simply we eat nutlets. However, helps not to all, but, probably, you will be included in happy number.

4. Depression.
Rather daily to eat some nutlets to reduce and even to overcome a depression.

5. Decrease in "bad" cholesterol and normalization of "good".
Besides simple refusal of the food, containing "wrong" cholesterol, is recommended to eat 5 times a week on 30 grams of cashew (these are about 18 nutlets).
