Healthy nutrition in a cold season

Not to gain excess weight in a cold season, it is rather simple to adhere to several simple rules.

- First of all, the food has to be nutritious. For example, it is possible to replace a morning roll with portion of porridge which will fill an organism with energy and won't award with excess calories;

- It is necessary to eat properly. It isn't necessary to eat all volume of day food for once. Eat till slightly each four hours;

- Include in the diet fruit, vegetables, greens, green tea. Don't forget and about dried fruits;

- Eat soups. Besides that they will warm you, so also won't allow you to recover. Scientists established that the water containing in food, in comparison with that which we simply drink, slows down process of digestion of food and as a result, the feeling of satiety more long us doesn't leave;

- Don't drink many coffee, surplus of caffeine leads to excessive accumulation of fat in an organism. To be warmed drink herbal tea;

- Try to walk at any opportunity in the afternoon to receive in full norm of a daylight. The lack of light, is the reason of decrease in the serotonin level (a happiness hormone) which deficiency in turn can cause an attack of the increased appetite;

- Use as much as possible food supporting squirrels which assists in fight against hunger;

- Spicy food promotes weight burning so it is possible to indulge itself with the Mexican dishes containing pepper;

- You remember and water. During the cool period the organism too strongly sweats, as well as in the summer, that is, loses a lot of liquid. In this regard it is necessary to try to fill up its stocks, drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day.
