1. Ginger tea

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water,
- 3 tablespoons of small polished ginger (or sliced),
- 3 tablespoons of honey,
- pinch of ground black pepper,
- 1 lemon or orange,
- the cut leaves of mint (at will).

Preparation:

2. Sea-buckthorn tea

Sea-buckthorn berries well wash out, 2/3 parts suppress a spoon in mashed potatoes. In a teapot put the sea-buckthorn puree, the remained berries and black tea. Fill in all with boiled water, wrap up and let's be drawn 10-15 minutes. Ready tea pour through a strainer, having added honey to taste. You can cook this drink without addition of black tea.

3. Mint tea with cinnamon

Mint tea is a universal drink. It can be drunk both cold, and hot. In the morning it gives to cheerfulness, during the lunchtime will add forces and will help with digestion, and will ideally weaken in the evening. Try to prepare the Moroccan mint tea, it too is very tasty.

Ingredients:
- 1-2 sticks of cinnamon,
- 4 branches of a carnation,
- orange dried peel,
- lemon or lime dried peel,
- dried ginger (3 slices),
- 1 lime,
- 1-2 slices of brown sugar,
- mint bunch,
- 3 teaspoons of black sheet tea
- 500 milliliters of water

Preparation:
Cut off from orange and a lemon a dried peel, cut straws, mint remember in a hand or a mortar directly in a teapot. To a teapot send 2 sticks of cinnamon, add a carnation, the orange and lemon dried peel, the cut lemon or a lime, ginger, 2 slices of brown sugar, mint, 3 teaspoons of tea and fill in with boiled water.

4. Tea from a dogrose with honey

Hips are rich with vitamin C and the tannins very favorably influencing digestion. This tea helps to lower excess cholesterol in an organism. Such composition of tea does it of hips by excellent means for immunity maintenance.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams of hips,
- 15 grams of honey,
- 5 grams of lemon juice,
- 200 milliliters of water.

Preparation:
Dried hips crush, fill in with boiled water, cook 10 minutes in the enameled ware at the closed cover, then let's it be drawn 10 minutes. Broth filter. Add honey, lemon juice.

5. Camomile tea with mint

Camomile tea removes an inflammation, calms nervous system and relieves of sleeplessness. The camomile reduces level of sugar in blood and suppresses the enzymes promoting development of complications of diabetes. Also recently it was proved that the camomile suppresses growth of cancer cells. Physicians consider that only 1-2 cups of camomile tea a day can have positive impact on an organism.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of black tea
- 1 teaspoon of flowers of a camomile
- 1 teaspoon of mint
- 1,5 glasses of water

Preparation:
Camomile, tea and mint fill in with boiled water and insist 10 minutes under a cover.
Infusion filter. When giving you can put in tea medical.
