Products which can't be used on an empty stomach

The baking will cause apathy, a citrus — gastritis, and coffee with milk — stones in kidneys.

That a breakfast — the most important food in a day, we hardly learned.  As a result in the morning we honestly eat and only not always that is necessary. 

YEAST. They promote production of gastric gases, the stomach is blown up that, you understand, it isn't especially pleasant. Therefore on an empty stomach any barmy baking — the evil.

YOGHURT. In what its sense? By means of useful bacteria containing in it to help food digestion. That is yogurt on an empty stomach not that that is harmful — it is simply useless. It should be eaten after food and only.

SUGAR. And all products like sweets or sweet fruit like banana. Sugar is instantly acquired by an organism and irritates a pancreas. In response to it it starts developing insulin. Level of sugar in blood instantly falls because of what we test apathy and fatigue instead of being vigorous and full of strength.

CITRUS. In them there is a lot of acid which with enthusiasm attacks on mucous a stomach, slowly corroding it. If you have no problems with a stomach, you don't test heartburn after eating of all sour, you can scorn our opinion. And here if there is a gastritis with the increased acidity of a stomach, the ulcer and other problems with a gastrointestinal path, from them is better to refrain from a citrus and juice.

PEARS. Our ancestors spoke: "A pear for an organism in the morning poison, and in the evening — a rose". The matter is that in pears there is a lot of rough cellulose which injures gentle mucous digestive organs. Pears with very dense texture are especially dangerous: in them especially there is a lot of cellulose.

PERSIMMON. In it it is full of fibers hard to digest which slow down a stomach and intestines motility — that case when say that "the stomach costs". Especially there are a lot of such fibers in strongly knitting persimmon.
GARLIC. He, and also any different burning spices, acts by the principle of caffeine, irritating mucous and a gall bladder.
COLD DRINKS. They narrow stomach vessels. Because of it problems with blood circulation of this body begin and all process of digestion is broken. Therefore to drink any cold it is impossible on an empty stomach, right after food — it is better through a couple of hours.

IDEAL BREAKFAST

Option 1: porridge with milk, slices of unsweetened fruit and nuts. The last 2 — 3 pieces that it wasn't too fat. Porridge — a source of slow carbohydrates which improve digestion process. And sugar from such difficult carbohydrates is released on slightly, supporting the necessary level of energy some hours.
Option 2: proteins and vegetables (in an ideal seasonal, of course, but in the winter will descend and frozen). Protein from eggs, white meat and fish is acquired completely, gives long feeling of satiety and accelerates a metabolism.
Option 3: toasts from wholegrain bread with cottage cheese and greens. Cottage cheese — a source of the same protein, and integral grains because in them the cover isn't broken, keep in itself more vitamins and microcells.
