Recipe of a useful jelly

1. Beef. It is best of all to use the top part of a foot of an animal. 

2 . With bones you wash out all meat well, you stack and you fill in with water so that the water level over meat was about 7-10 centimeters higher. You put on a plate, you bring to boiling, you remove a foam, you diminish fire to a minimum and you cook 6-7 hours. Certainly, under a cover!

3 . In 6-7 hours, you add couple of carrots, onions in the peel, previously well washed out, and you cook to readiness of carrots then you put a bay leaf, salt to taste and you continue to cook 15-20 more minutes.

With ready meat you remove a pan from fire, you take out vegetables, beef. You separate bones. You filter broth.

4 . Small you crumble carrot, meat can be cut or turned through a meat grinder, you add garlic, ground black pepper, you disturb and you spread in forms for a jelly. Accurately from above you fill in with broth.

5 . You put the filled capacities in the refrigerator for solidification.

What ingredients will be necessary for preparation:

- Beef
- Carrots
- Onions
- Bay leaf
- Salt
