Rice according to the recipe of the Tibetan lamas

We will take usual rice, it is so much tablespoons, how old are you.

We will wash out, we will fill up in bank, we will fill in with warm boiled water, we will close a cover and we will put in the refrigerator.

We will merge water in the morning, we will take 1 tablespoon with rice top, we will weld it within 3-4 minutes without salt and we will eat on an empty stomach to a half of the eighth morning.

Again we will fill in the remained rice with boiled water and we will put in the refrigerator.

And so we arrive every morning while rice won't end.
The secret of a method is that rice grain has crystal structure.

When we presoak grains, we delete from it starch, and on kernels there are cells.

Boiled rice is digested not in a stomach, and in intestines, grains work as adsorbent.

One condition: after a breakfast it is desirable to eat with rice nothing and not to drink not less than 3 hours.

After such food pains leave a waist, the neck ceases to crackle.

After a course of treatment you will become not simply more healthy, but also is younger.
