Tasty and useful porridge for breakfast

It seems to you, what porridge is awful and not tasty food which forced you to eat in kindergarten?
After implementation of this instruction you will look forward to the following oat breakfast!

It is required to you:

Oat flakes
Dried apricots
Raisin
Walnuts
Honey
Milk
+15 minutes of time in the morning
The microwave oven (Or to weld on fire)

Instruction:

1 step

Dried apricots

For a start we will prepare all necessary at once.
Take dried apricots and raisin, put them in a plateau, and fill in with boiled water for 3 minutes. It isn't necessary to take strongly a lot of dried apricots. There are enough exactly 8 pieces.

2 step

Walnuts

Take not really big portion of walnuts and break them hands, simply clenching fists. Pour out in a plateau. It is possible in separate, it is possible at once in that in which you will do porridge.

3 step

Oat flakes

Fill oat flakes in a plate.
How many? It already according to your desire, how many you will eat. As a breakfast – the most necessary meal.

4 step

Pour out water of a plateau with raisin and dried apricots, and pour out them in a plate with flakes.

5 step

Afterwards put also walnuts.

6 step

Then put a honey spoon.

7 step

And, at last, fill in it all with milk.

8 step

Cover with a plate and put in the microwave oven for some minutes (depends on as far as much all you put).

9 step

Don't uncover at once as soon as prepared in the microwave oven. Let's be drawn slightly. And in few minutes enjoy very tasty, useful and nourishing breakfast.
