The most unexpected reasons of a headache

1. Reason: smoking
Smoking causes a headache. And not only at the person who smokes, but also at those people who are near him. But completely it isn't recommended to refuse coffee too as the sharp termination of the use of caffeine too provokes a headache.

At some people the attack of migraine can provoke the matured cheese, including blue cheese, a chedder, parmesan and Swiss cheese. In everything the substance which carries the name tyramine is guilty. The more long cheese ripens, the it is more in it than tyramine.

tyramine also contains in red wine and other alcoholic beverages. Besides alcohol can cause dehydration which causes a headache. If you can't refuse red wine, consult to the doctor, probably, he appoints to you a preparation for prevention.

5. Reason: sausage
Against the use of sausages it is possible to adduce 2 arguments: they contains tyramine and nitrites which provoke a headache at some people. The headache caused by food additives, as a rule, extends on all head (unlike migraine at which only one half of the head hurts)

If you passed meal, the headache can develop still before you will feel the hungry. The reason consists in decrease in level of glucose in blood. However candy won't help you as lifting of level of sugar in blood will be short-term, full meal is necessary.

Try to use proteins with difficult carbohydrates, for example, chicken with brown rice. Don't forget to drink water enough – dehydration too causes a headache. In day you need 2-3 liters of water.

5. Decision: medicines
Now there is a wide choice of preparations from a headache: aspirin, ibuprofen and others. Such medicine needs to be taken at once as felt a headache. But don't abuse them. It can lead to steady headaches. If you feel frequent strong headaches – address to the doctor.
