Simple recipes for your immunity

Many products possess unique properties which will help us with immunity strengthening.
We will consider simple recipes of preparation of means strengthening immunity.

1)  Oats

To make a glass of crude oats, 2 tablespoons of hips in a thermos in 1,5 liters of boiled water and to leave for the night. To accept on a half-glass 2-3 times a day. Course of treatment - month and then to make a break. Together with a dogrose it is possible to put dried fruits: dried apples, pears, dried apricots, raisin, prunes, dried mountain ash.

2)  Pumpkin

To rub 300-400 grams of pulp of pumpkin on a large grater, to add 300 grams of honey and to mix with gruel of 2-3 lemons (to pass through a meat grinder together with a dried peel).  To store in the refrigerator, to accept on 1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach. 

3)  Mountain ash

Fresh (or 2 dry) berries of a mountain ash to wash out, pass a handful through a meat grinder.  To mix 1 tablespoon of mashed potatoes with 2 tablespoons of the wiped cranberry, to add 5 tablespoons of honey, on 2 tablespoons of beet and garlick juice, to mix and fill in with 2 glasses of vodka.  To insist two weeks in a dark place, periodically shaking up.  To accept on 1 tablespoons 2-3 times a day up to food not less than a month. 

4)  Ginger

To rub a slice of a root of ginger (6-8 centimeters) on a small grater, to fill in with 1 liters of hot water, to add lemon small cut with a peel and honey (to taste). To accept on 250 milliliters 3 times a day.
