How to be loaded with energy for the whole day?

We work, we plan, we organize, we move.  At the end of day we fall on a sofa.  The majority of us doesn't have an energy charge for the whole day.  To earn it is more than money, we are compelled to work more and more. 

Just as houseplants need water, our stocks of energy need regular replenishment. Fortunately there are ways helping to hold a total charge of energy during the whole day.

1 . Remain vigorous all morning.

All night long we starved, our organism lacked fuels therefore it is necessary to have breakfast in the morning to fill the organism with energy.

2 . Don't pass the day
