Useful products in our kitchen

If you want to be always harmonous and healthy, you need to have always useful products in the kitchen. What it is products we now and we will consider.

Carrot. It contains a large amount of beta carotene which improves sight and reduces risk of oncological diseases. That carrot was better acquired, you eat it with sour cream or sunflower oil.

Bilberry. This berry slows down aging processes in an organism and improves sight. Besides, bilberry is capable to cure forgetfulness and absent-mindedness.
