Advantage of vegetable oils

It is necessary to remember one very simple thing:  treat only those oils which didn't pass industrial processing.  The vegetable oils received by a method of a cold extraction at a temperature not above 40-45 degrees Celsius have preventive and curative effect.  But they have one essential shortcoming.  Being biologically active, they quickly grow turbid, turn rancid, are oxidized on air, on light and in heat.  It is necessary to know that after the bottle with oil (or a jar) is opened, it needs to be kept in a cool, dark place and it is desirable to use a product quicker. 

We will provide short characteristics of some not refined vegetable oils:

Linseed oil. On the biological value is on the first place. Linseed oil feeds a brain, improves a cellular exchange, well influences nervous system, liquidates locks, improves a condition of skin, and also reduces cholesterol level. Omegas-3 at it record quantity. Oil easily is oxidized therefore it is necessary to protect it from light and air influence.

Oil from wheat germs.  It call fertility and youth vitamin.  Oil increases resistance to stresses, promotes fast healing of wounds, reduces cholesterol level, promotes updating of cellular structure.  It promotes normal functioning of a cardiac muscle, interferes with formation of blood clots. 

From pumpkin sunflower seeds By the form it you won't mix oil with anything — its color dark green. Helps at heartburn, gastritis, stomach ulcer, colitis. And also at different types of an allergy, diathesis, dermatitis.

Olive oil. Its medical properties depend mainly on the high content of oleic acid. Positively influences digestive organs and cardiovascular system. However poorly reduces cholesterol level in an organism because of relative poverty vitamin P — 4-12%. Olive oil — a fine basis for preparation of the flavored salad oils. In pure dry capacities place spicy herbs (parsley, a sage, a lavender, a thyme, even pods of burning or sweet pepper) and wash down with oil. Fans of garlick taste can put in a small bottle of 2-3 segments of garlic. For 2 weeks deliver to capacity in a dark cool place, and then oil filter. It will add to salads a savor, and to arteries - flexibility.

Hempy oil. In this oil it is less, than in linen, Omegas-3, but there is a vitamin E at a large number. It contains antioxidants, proteins, mineral substances, such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, iron, zinc, phosphorus. It is especially recommended in food to the people inclined to formation of blood clots. Favorably affects blood formation, stimulating development of red blood little bodies.
