Useful food for the child

Can be more important than nothing, than health of our children. Each parent is obliged to make everything that their child ate the correct food which will be useful to health of the kid.

We will consider what products will be very useful to health of our children.

1. Dogrose broth

Dogrose – the champion according to the content of vitamin C, it is possible to give it to kids from four-months age.
But it is necessary to consider that this product most useful to immunity brings potassium out of an organism. Therefore if you give dogrose broth, at the same time give dried apricots, raisin, bananas – everything what contains potassium and that the age of the child allows.
Tea from a dogrose is on sale in a drugstore, but also it it is easy to prepare houses. To fill in two tablespoons of fresh or dried berries with liter of boiled water and to leave for the night in a thermos or having wrapped up with a towel.

2. Instead of sugar to add honey in food

falsifications.
For example, presence at purchased honey of cane sugar is often reason of an allergy. Also it can quite appear that on pure honey the kid and has no allergy.
But if your kid already had manifestations of an allergy to honey, hardly you want to experiment, giving it other grade it it is clear.
And here if your child transfers honey well, add it and in dogrose broth, both in porridges, and in tea on a half of a tea spoon.

Here one excellent recipe.
It is required: 200 grams of dried apricots, 200 grams of raisin, 200 grams of walnuts, 200 grams
prunes, 3 tablespoons of honey and one lemon.
To wash out dried fruits, including boiled water, to dry. To wash, cut a lemon on slices, to remove stones. To scroll everything through a meat grinder. In the turned-out mix to add honey and properly to mix. To store in the refrigerator, to accept on a tea spoon before a breakfast.

4. To eat carrot

Carrots – simply a well of carotene which in an organism turns into vitamin A. But it not only advantage of carrot.
It clears blood, brings toxins out of an organism, normalizes a metabolism, increases activity of all bodies.

Carrot and in salads, especially with green apple, and in the form of juice is useful. And for the best digestion of carotene it is better to eat it with fats – cream or sour cream.
But carrots, as well as any other useful product, it is necessary to use moderately. If to go too far, the liver simply won't cope with processing of carotene and skin at the kid
will turn yellow.

5. Two times a week to prepare red fish

The main thing that does red fish useful – the contents an omega-3 of fatty acids. It strengthens immunity, vessels, brain and nervous fabric.
Besides, in fish there is the phosphorus which is well influencing activity of a brain, and the iodine promoting the correct work of a thyroid gland.
Expensive grades of red fish, such as a salmon and a salmon, it is possible to replace with success cheaper, but not less useful, for example, a Siberian salmon.
But there is a nuance – kids till two years shouldn't give red fish, at them problems with digestion are possible. And to start acquainting the child with red grades it is better from a humpback salmon is the least fat grade.
It is possible to prepare in a foil, and it is possible to boil, crush, fill in a little with milk and
the shaken-up eggs and to bake in an oven to readiness.

6. Twice a week to give to the child of 20-30 grams of nuts

If the child has an excess weight, it is better at first to help it to grow thin, and then already to include nuts in a diet.

7. To fill salads with olive oil

Ancient Greeks called olive oil "liquid gold". There was time when this oil used as currency.

It almost completely consists of nonsaturated fatty acids which reduce level of harmful cholesterol in blood and don't influence the contents in an organism of its useful version. Useful cholesterol, as we know, to children is vital. And the fats containing in olive oil, on the structure are similar to fats of breast milk.
Besides, olive oil stimulates development of bone system of a growing organism, strengthens walls of intestines and has soft laxative effect.
Since seven months the child can add a droplet of olive oil in vegetable puree or in soup.
