Carbohydrate cocktail for breakfast

Useful and tasty breakfast!

It is required to us: 
1)  100 grams of oat flakes 
2)  130 grams of banana 
3)  400 ml of milk 

Then we mix all this in a blender, and cocktail is ready. 

Nutrition value: 
Proteins:  24 grams 
Fats:  12,1 grams 
Carbohydrates: 91,7 grams
