- use "light" ingredients in favourite dishes,
- take with itself fruit and vegetables as having a snack,
- replace meat dishes vegetable,
- experiment, think out new original combinations and tastes,
- don't forget that the added fat does more high-calorie even those dishes that are prepared from low-calorie ingredients of 0-20 kcal

Cherry, raspberry, red currant, bilberry, pears, potatoes in a peel.

Cherry contains substances which help to struggle with cancer tumors (lemons it is also possible to use for prevention of cancer diseases). This berry can be bought fresh or frozen all the year round and to add in salads, dairy products or porridges.

60-70 kcal

Kiwi, leek, black currant, sweet cherry, haricot, grapes, pomegranate, mango.

Onions and haricot - the best ingredients for preparation of low-calorie vegetable soups. By the way, in a portion of darling Italians to the minestrena - only 14 kcal.
