Tasty and useful dessert from a persimmon

Baked persimmon with cream and ginger - the magnificent balanced combination of vitamins and microcells for strong immunity!

It is required.

Persimmon of 4 pieces, honey 3 tablespoons, juice of a lime 2 tablespoons, ginger candied or fresh to taste, mascarpone cheese (dense sour cream or yogurt or a cake cheese with vanillin) 250 grams, vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon.

1. Warm a grill in an oven.

2.  Cut a persimmon in half across.  Lay out the half cut by the party up, on a baking sheet and sprinkle a little a honey half.  Send under a grill to golden color and caramelization for 6-8 minutes. 

3. While the persimmon is baked, in a bowl shake up mascarpone (or other products), vanilla and the remained juice of a lime.

4. Get a persimmon from an oven and quickly sprinkle a little 1 tablespoon of juice of a lime.

5. Lay out a persimmon on a dish and decorate with cream. From above strew with remained sugar and small cut ginger.
