They not simply tasty also are easily cleaned, they also are very useful to health. This small nutlet contains a set of vitamins and minerals, and thus only 3 calories in one nut!

Pistachio nuts or milk (infusion) recommend at a hypertension, anemia, stomach and liver diseases, at infertility at men and women, at considerable physical and intellectual activity, and also during recovery after serious infectious diseases and for potentiality strengthening. 

Recent researches showed that the daily use of pistachios can reduce risk of emergence of lung cancer and other bodies. 

* Bronchitis, pneumonia, cold.
To pound 50 g of nuts in a mortar, to fill in with a glass of boiled water and to take on weak fire of 10 min. To cool and clean in the refrigerator. To accept in the morning on 0,5 glasses, without forgetting to shake up previously.

* For transferred pneumonia, flu, quinsy and other serious infectious diseases, at decrease in working capacity.
2-3 tablespoons of the crushed nutlets to fill in 1,5 glasses of hot water, to insist 30-40 min. To accept on 2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day before food.

* As sedative at gastric and hepatic gripes. 
Apply as as a part of various dishes, and in pure form on 30-40 g of nuts (it is possible with honey) at one time, but no more than 100 g a day. It is thus recommended to exclude vegetable oil from food.
