How many time it is necessary to take a shower?

There are many disputes and opinions on this subject.  One speak - once a week, others - several times a day. 

For the majority daily water procedures became a habit and became part of a way of life for each person respecting. However, very few people know that daily acceptance of bathtubs with shampoos and gels - can be dangerous and do harm to skin and a human body.

* Too often to wash with use of various gels, liquid soap and shampoos - it is harmful. They break acid-base balance of skin.

* As a result of too frequent reception of bathtubs natural skin fat is washed away. And the organism needs a lot of time that anew to develop it. Skin fat helps to protect skin from fungi.

How many time it is necessary to wash?

But what to do if you need to wash often?  For example - you go on trainings, or simply you like to spend time in a bathtub since you have an innate love to purity. 

* Try to take periodically a bath or a shower without liquid soap and shower gel.  24 hours (sometimes slightly more) can be necessary for an organism for restoration of natural skin fat. 

* If you wash on 2 times a day, once from them try to wash without bathing accessories. Simply refresh the body under a shower or lie in a bathroom.

That is, it is possible to wash though several times every day, but not to abuse bathing accessories. Observe "golden mean" and your skin will remain pure and naturally protected.
