To feel happy, it is necessary not only to introduce useful habits in the life, but also steadily to refuse all that spoils our life and doesn't allow us to feel vital ease.

About such things of which each of us needs to get rid we and we will talk in this article.

1 . Be exempted from requirement always to prove the case.
Among us there are a lot of those who even under the threat of a rupture of the fine relations, hurting and creating a stress, can't reconcile and accept other point of view. It doesn't cost that.

2 . Release control.
Be ready to refuse need constantly to control everything that happens to you – situations, events, people, etc. Whether it be the family, colleagues or strangers on the street – it is simple to allow them to be such what they are.

3 . Release sense of guilt.

7 . Be exempted from requirement to make impression on others.

8 . Stop to resist to changes.
Changes it is normal, they are necessary for us to move from point A to point B. Changes help to change both our life, and life of people around to the best.

9 . Don't put labels.

10 . Release the past.
We know, it is difficult. Especially, when the past is pleasant more, than the present and the future frightens a little. But you need to accept that fact that the present is everything that at you is.

11 . Be exempted from fears.
The fear is only illusion, it doesn't exist – you created it. All this in your mind. Change the internal relation – and external will rise on the places.

12 . Stop to justify.
Expose justifications and send them to pension. Most often we limit ourselves because of a set of justifications.

13 . Stop to live life expectations of other people.
Too many people lead life which doesn't belong to them, only to live. They lead the life that others consider as the best for them, they do that from them parents, friends, teachers, the government and society expect them. They ignore the internal voice, internal calling. They are so occupied with realization of expectations of other people that they lose control over the life. They forget that brings them happiness that they want actually … and finally they forget about themselves.
You have one life. It occurs directly here and now. Live as you want, listen to the internal voice and don't allow opinions of other people to distract you from your way.
