Food for mood

Color of products which we eat, appears, very much influence us and our mood! 

Red for Energy - If you feel fatigue, a depression, laziness, red products, such as tomatoes, strawberry, raspberry and beet will raise level of energy and body temperature.

Orange for Confidence and Creativity - If you haven't enough confidence and self-esteem, eat some oranges and you will feel differently! Tangerines, mango, carrots, vegetable marrows, pumpkin simply change consciousness!

Yellow for Pleasure - If you feel small, sad, eat bananas, corn in ears, fresh pineapple or yellow pepper. Yellow is the natural regulator of mood therefore you shouldn't lean on wine and energizers.

Green for rejuvenation - you feel small? Were tired of work? Adrenal glands are exhausted? Then green it is color for you! Prepare tasty salad and a stress will leave! Live enzymes, oxygen and chlorophyll work like clock-work.

Blue and black for calm - you are alarmed? Enjoy bilberry or blackberry. Blue and black products tone up kidneys.

Violet for the world - these products will help to calm your energy and will bring the world if you feel disappointment and anger. Eggplants, violet cabbage, grapes will help to find tranquillity. Slap together fresh cocktail with favourite violet products!
